An engineer by training, I have held various managerial positions for 15 years in several international groups. This experience emphasized my conviction that management is of critical importance and led me to specialize in this field.
Certified coach and holder of a master’s degree in management, I created Hop2Win to support professionals in carrying out their projects and achieving their goals. My expertise encompasses the various aspects of professional development at both the individual and the company level and also covers industrial issues.
I am naturally curious, energetic and resourceful. I love tackling new challenges and I will help you foster new ideas, put the spotlight on your talents, and transform your ideas, projects, and concepts into reality! My intervention evolves with the ever-changing world we live in and promotes interactions. Post-mission monitoring is one of my commitments.
