Is coaching a pipe ?
Coaching, in every sense, started flourishing a decade ago, and it has expanded to many disciplines. If you look hard enough, you may meet vocal coaches, organizing and cleaning coaches, sport coaches, life coaches, just to name a few.
In this never ending list, “professional coaching” has a hard time making a name for itself. Very few studies were conducted to gauge its efficiency. To spare yourself reading philosophical definitions, or going straight to calling coaching a joke, here are a few notes, a new sheet music that I hope will ring a melodious bell.
