An engineer by training, I have held various managerial positions for 15 years in several international groups. This experience emphasized my conviction that management is of critical importance and led me to specialize in this field.<\/p>

Certified coach and holder of a master’s degree in management, I created Hop2Win to support professionals in carrying out their projects and achieving their goals. My expertise encompasses the various aspects of professional development at both the individual and the company level and also covers industrial issues.<\/p>

\n\nI hired the services of Hop2win for an NLP coaching session with a group of 15 people and I highly recommend it ! The group of 15 people that Laure coached had many different backgrounds and job responsibilities (Sales, Finance, Product manager, etc.). Laure adapted her coaching to capture the attention of every participant and keep them involved from start to finish. She made sure the group remained engaged throughout the workshop by setting up round table talks that evolved throughout her presentation to maintain an active participation by the whole group. Full of energy and attentive, endowed with great patience to channel this group, she knew how to set the right pace for 3 hours so that each of us remember this experience as both fun and rich for professional and personal use in the future.
